    À titre d’information, voici quelques éléments que vos commerçants doivent considérer s’ils souhaitent se doter d’une vitrine sur rue pour distribuer leur nourriture (ex. comptoir de crème glacée) :

     

    Seuls les usages suivants peuvent être dotés d’une vitrine de rue afin de procéder à la vente :
    « C20 restaurant »
    « C2 vente au détail », s’il concerne la vente d’aliments préparés sur place.
    Si une modification au bâtiment est requise, un permis est requis et selon le territoire, la commission d’urbanisme doit se prononcer sur le projet.
    Si aucune modification au bâtiment n’est requise, aucun permis n’est nécessaire (par exemple restaurant ayant une ouverture type « porte de garage »).
    Toutes les opérations (dont la préparation des aliments) et transactions doivent être effectuées à l’intérieur du bâtiment.
    Aucun mobilier (table ou chaise) ne peut être ajouté dans le cadre d’une vitrine en l’absence d’un café-terrasse dûment autorisé par l’octroi d’un certificat d’autorisation par l’Arrondissement.
